Lori Loughlin On Blue Bloods

Lori Loughlin, the actress best known for her roles as Rebecca “Aunt Becky” Katsopolis on the sitcom ‘Full House‘ and its Netflix revival ‘Fuller House,’ has made a notable return to television with a guest appearance on the CBS drama ‘Blue Bloods.’ In the November 8 episode titled “No Good Deed,” Loughlin plays the role of Grace Edwards, the widow of an NYPD officer who was killed in the line of duty.

In this episode, Loughlin’s character creates tension within the Reagan family, particularly with Danny Reagan, as she moves to rescind an award that was posthumously given to her late husband. This plotline adds a new layer of complexity to the show, highlighting themes of honor, duty, and the aftermath of loss.

Loughlin’s return to acting is part of her ongoing efforts to rebuild her career after being involved in the college admissions scandal known as Operation Varsity Blues. She and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, were accused of paying bribes to secure their daughters’ admission to the University of Southern California. Loughlin served two months in prison in 2020 and has since been working to revive her acting career.

Since her release from prison, Loughlin has appeared in several projects, including a ‘When Calls the Heart‘ spinoff, ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm,’ and the holiday rom-com ‘Fall Into Winter‘ on Netflix. Her appearance on ‘Blue Bloods’ marks another significant step in her return to the entertainment industry.
