Louis Tomlinson Album Announcement

London, England – Louis Tomlinson has revealed that his third solo album, titled How Did I Get Here?, is set to be released on January 23, 2026. The announcement was made on Tuesday, September 30, alongside the debut of the album’s lead single, ‘Lemonade,’ which premiered on BBC Radio 1 as the ‘Hottest Record’ before becoming available on streaming platforms.

In a press release, Tomlinson described the upcoming album as ‘The record I always deserved to make.’ He expressed his dedication to honesty in his music, saying, ‘I genuinely wear my heart on my sleeve, and I hope it comes through in the music.’ He emphasized that he is continually evolving as a musician, stating, ‘I find it impossible to be complacent; it’s not in my vocabulary.’

Tomlinson previously released two solo albums, 2020’s Walls and 2022’s Faith in the Future, both of which reached the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. For his third album, he collaborated once again with producer Nico Rebscher and traveled to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica early in 2025 for inspiration.

Additionally, Tomlinson will be hosting the Away From Home Festival on October 4 and 5 at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, New York. This marks the festival’s U.S. debut, featuring headlining performances from Tomlinson and Lauv, along with set by notable artists such as Plain White T’s, Daya, Pale Waves, and Steve Aoki, who collaborated with Tomlinson in 2016.

Tomlinson expressed his excitement about expanding the festival, noting, ‘I’m so excited to be bringing Away From Home to the U.S., and for the first time, a two-day festival! Really honored and grateful to have such a strong lineup over both days.’
