Man Hospitalized After Medical Emergency at Patton Township Sheetz

PATTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man was hospitalized Thursday morning following a medical emergency at a Sheetz convenience store on Valley Vista Drive, according to the Patton Township Police Department.

Officers responded to the scene at approximately 7:15 a.m. after receiving reports of a male in need of medical attention. Emergency medical services transported the individual to Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment, police said in a press release.

The store was temporarily closed as first responders worked at the scene. It has since reopened and resumed normal operations.

Authorities have not released additional details about the patient’s condition or the nature of the medical emergency.
