Mcdonald's Halloween Boo Buckets 2024

McDonald's has announced the return of its iconic Halloween Boo Buckets, much to the delight of fans across the country. Originally introduced in 1986, these nostalgic buckets will be available starting October 15, 2024, as part of a Happy Meal at participating McDonald’s locations nationwide. They will be offered for a limited time, coinciding with the Halloween season.

In 2022, McDonald’s reintroduced the Boo Buckets after a six-year hiatus, which garnered widespread excitement. This year’s edition includes four distinct designs in green, blue—a new addition for this collection—orange, and white. Each bucket comes equipped with themed stickers such as ears and wings, allowing for personalized decoration.

The fast-food giant offers flexibility in meal choices for those opting for the Boo Buckets. Customers can choose between the Hamburger Happy Meal, the four-piece Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal, or the six-piece Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal. Each meal includes a side of fries or apple slices and a drink. Those interested can place their orders via the McDonald’s app or by visiting a restaurant in person. Pricing may vary depending on the location.

The reusable buckets are designed not only as meal containers but also as practical trick-or-treating vessels, enhancing their appeal to families during Halloween. Despite mostly positive reception, some patrons have expressed dissatisfaction with the new designs for the Boo Buckets in 2024, as reflected in various social media posts.

As Halloween approaches, McDonald’s anticipates a significant consumer response to this seasonal offering. The Boo Buckets will remain available while supplies last, adding an element of urgency for collectors and fans alike.
