Medi Assist Ipo Opens Next Week. Gmp, Date, Price, Other Details You Should Know

The initial public offering (IPO) of Medi Assist Healthcare Limited is set to launch in India next week. The IPO will open on Monday, the 15th of January 2024, and will remain open for three days until the 17th of January 2024. The price band for the book build issue has been fixed at ₹397 to ₹418 per equity share. This IPO is available for trade in the grey market, with shares of Medi Assist Healthcare Limited currently carrying a premium of ₹52.

The book build issue aims to raise ₹1,171.58 crore and is a 100% offer for sale (OFS). The lot size for the IPO is 35 million company shares, and the finalization of share allocation is expected to take place on Thursday, the 18th of January 2024. Link Intime India Private Limited has been appointed as the official registrar for this IPO.

The listing of the Medi Assist IPO is proposed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and is expected to take place on the 22nd of January 2024.
