Mega Millions Lottery Drawing June 2025

ATLANTA, GA — The Mega Millions jackpot has risen to an estimated $202 million for the drawing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, after no player matched all six winning numbers in the last drawing held on May 30. The cash option for potential winners is set at $90 million.

The winning numbers for the June 3 draw are expected to be announced shortly after 11 p.m. ET. So far this year, there have been three Mega Millions jackpot winners, with the most recent win amounting to $112 million. Earlier, a player claimed a jackpot of $344 million on March 25.

In order to participate, players need to buy a ticket and choose six numbers—five from a pool of 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one from a pool of 1 to 24 (the gold Mega Ball). Players also have the option to let the computer randomly generate their numbers, known as a “Quick Pick.”

The Mega Millions recently updated its rules to include a built-in multiplier that increases non-jackpot prizes by up to 10 times, replacing the previous option which required an additional cost. Now, tickets can be purchased at gas stations, convenience stores, and grocery stores across many states.

Online ticket purchases are also available in states like Arizona, California, and New Jersey, among others. To work with the Jackpocket app, which facilitates online ticket purchases, players must be 18 years old or older, with some variations depending on state laws.

The next drawing after June 3 will take place on Friday, June 6, 2025, when participants will again have the chance to win big. Mega Millions tickets are priced at $5 per play, and sales are typically available until shortly before the draw time. Players hoping to become the next jackpot winners are reminded to play responsibly.
