Xbox Game Pass March 2025 Announcement

REDMOND, Wash. — Microsoft has released its second wave of titles for Xbox Game Pass for March 2025, highlighting a variety of games for subscribers.

Arriving on March 18, the co-op action-roguelike game 33 Immortals is now available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass as a day-one title. Players can join as a damned soul to engage in epic, 33-player battles against hordes of monsters and formidable bosses, utilizing instant matchmaking for cooperative gameplay.

“Explore, fight, and cooperate with your allies to survive the challenging realms,” Microsoft stated in its announcement, emphasizing the game’s need for players to synergize their strategies and upgrade their equipment with powerful relics.

On March 19, Square Enix’s highly acclaimed role-playing game, Octopath Traveler II, will be available for Xbox Series X|S through Game Pass Standard. This sequel invites players to embark on a new journey in the fantasy land of Solistia, playing as eight unique travelers, each with their own abilities and narratives.

Also debuting on March 19 is Train Sim World 5 for Game Pass Standard. The simulation game allows players to navigate iconic railroads across three new routes, enhancing their skills in train management.

Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island will join Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard on March 20, presenting players as a backpacker named Alex, who befriends Greek gods on a mysterious island while solving various puzzles and restoring lost memories.

Then, on March 25, subscribers will receive the Blizzard Arcade Collection, which features five remastered classics including Blackthorne and The Lost Vikings. This collection also includes a museum showcasing the history and development of these games.

At last, the highly anticipated Atomfall, set in a post-apocalyptic world five years after the Windscale nuclear disaster, will launch on March 27. Players will navigate a quarantine zone filled with challenges, scavenging for resources amidst bizarre characters and enigmatic cults.

In addition to the new arrivals, Microsoft has announced the removal of several titles from the Game Pass service on March 15, which included No More Heroes 3 and the Yakuza series. Game Pass members can save up to 20% on these titles if they wish to purchase them before their departure.

As more games will continue to be added and removed, subscribers are encouraged to stay informed about the evolving catalog. Upcoming Game Pass releases are expected to be announced regularly to keep the library fresh and engaging for gamers.
