Missing Baby Found Safe, Mother Still Unaccounted For in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A one-month-old girl who had been missing is safe and back home, but her 16-year-old mother remains missing, according to DeKalb County police.
Nyla, 16, and her baby girl were reported missing on Saturday morning. Authorities confirmed that the baby was returned to her grandmother on Tuesday.
Despite the positive development regarding the infant, Nyla has not yet returned home. She is described as five feet, seven inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair. No details have been released about her clothing at the time she was last seen.
