The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd, commonly known by its acronym MAHADISCOM, has officially released the admit cards for the 2024 Junior Assistant examination. This announcement is significant for candidates who are scheduled to take the exam on October 18, 2024. Interested individuals can obtain their admit cards by visiting the official MAHADISCOM website, mahadiscom.in.

According to the guidelines issued by MAHADISCOM, it is mandatory for candidates to download and print their admit cards prior to the examination date. Not only is the possession of this document essential for entry into the examination hall, but candidates are also required to bring an additional form of photo identification. Acceptable IDs include a PAN card, passport, driver’s license, voter ID, bank passbook with a photograph, college or university ID, Aadhaar card, E-Aadhaar card with a photograph, or a Bar Council identity card.

The process for downloading the admit card is straightforward. Candidates need to access the MAHADISCOM website and navigate to the section designated for Junior Assistant Admit Cards. By entering their login credentials, such as User ID and Password, individuals can view, download, and print their admit cards. The admit card download window will remain open until the day of the examination, October 18, 2024.

The examination itself is structured in an objective format, featuring multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The paper comprises 75 questions, divided across sections that test professional knowledge, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and proficiency in the Marathi language. The exam is set to be completed within a time limit of 75 minutes, with candidates advised that a penalty exists for incorrect answers, deducting 1/4th of the allocated marks per wrong response.
