Myles Bullock Prison Break Reboot Cast

LOS ANGELES, CA — Actor Myles Bullock has been announced as a series regular in the upcoming reboot of ‘Prison Break,’ which will air on Hulu. The new series is being developed by Elgin James, known for his work on ‘Mayans M.C.,’ and aims to present a fresh take on the original Fox series that ran from 2005 to 2017.

The reboot will not feature original stars Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell. Instead, it will introduce a new cast including Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger, who are set to lead the new version. While the plot details remain largely under wraps, Browning will portray an ex-soldier turned corrections officer working at a notorious prison, while Gage assumes the role of a politician. Rodger will play an inmate serving a ten-year sentence.

Bullock, known for his previous roles in Starz’s ‘BMF’ and Peacock’s ‘Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist,’ will portray a shot caller within the prison system, adding depth to the ensemble cast. ‘This new iteration is a thrilling journey into a world of conspiracies and danger,’ James stated. ‘We are excited to bring new stories and characters while paying homage to the original series.’

The original ‘Prison Break’ centered around Michael Scofield, a structural engineer who intentionally gets himself incarcerated to help his wrongly imprisoned brother, Lincoln Burrows. The original series quickly garnered a dedicated fan base due to its intricate plot and dynamic characters, leading to its revival in later years.

Bullock’s impressive resume includes roles in popular series such as ‘Marvel’s Runaways’, ‘Criminal Minds‘, and ‘S.W.A.T.’. Additionally, he starred in Peacock’s ‘Fight Night’, which chronicles a high-profile armed robbery during Muhammad Ali’s comeback fight.

As fans eagerly await more details about the reboot, industry insiders speculate on the potential for captivating storylines and character development that could echo the original’s gripping narratives. The series is produced by 20th Television, with executive producers including Dawn Olmstead and original creator Paul Scheuring, alongside Marty Adelstein and Neal H. Moritz.

While there is no official premiere date yet, the anticipation surrounding the project continues to grow, with many currently counting down to the release.
