Ninel Conde Eye Color Surgery

Mexico City, Mexico – Ninel Conde has taken to social media to defend her recent change in appearance, particularly her eye color. On October 25, the Mexican actress shared a video on Instagram showing off her new hairstyle, but it was her green irises that sparked the most attention.

The 49-year-old star posted a series of photos the following day without addressing the eye color change, simply saying, “Happy Sunday. I love you, my sweets. Don’t forget to express gratitude.”

Despite being tight-lipped about whether she underwent a procedure to alter her eye color, journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante claimed that she did indeed have surgery in New York. During his show, ‘Sale el sol’, he remarked, “I thought they were contact lenses, but they are not.”

Infante’s colleague, Joanna Vega-Biestro, stated that Conde visited a specialized clinic dedicated to eye procedures. It has been reported that the operation cost around $12,000.

If true, Conde is not the only celebrity to change their eye color surgically. Another actress, known for her role in ‘María de todos los Ángeles’, also underwent the procedure, stating that it was done for aesthetic improvements.

Conde recently faced scrutiny over previous aesthetic interventions, and now, her new green eyes have become another topic of debate among fans. Some fans praise her look, while others criticize her choice to undergo the surgery.

The procedure Conde had is known as keratopigmentation, which involves injecting pigment into the cornea to create a permanent eye color change. Experts caution that this technique is not completely safe and can pose significant risks to vision.

As her Instagram post gained over 10,000 likes, reactions varied. While some fans see the change as an enhancement, others have urged Conde to refrain from further alterations, claiming she was beautiful as she was.
