Nora Fatehi Set for American Music Awards After Chart Success

New Delhi, India — Nora Fatehi is celebrating the success of her latest single, “Snake,” featuring Jason Derulo, as she prepares to attend the American Music Awards (AMAs) on May 27. The awards will take place at the newly opened Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
Fatehi’s single has gained immense popularity, topping the BBC Asian Music charts and racking up over 130 million views. The singer and actress is also making waves on various international platforms, appearing on shows like “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” BBC Asian Network, and MTV UK, thus representing South Asians on a global stage.
The 51st AMAs will feature performances from renowned artists, including Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Benson Boone, Reneé Rapp, and Lainey Wilson. Pop star Jackson is set to receive the prestigious Icon Award and will perform, while Rod Stewart will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Kendrick Lamar leads the nominations with 10 nods. The Artist of the Year category will see Lamar compete against notable names such as Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, and Billie Eilish. Swift holds the record for the most AMAs won, with 40 awards throughout her career.
Post Malone is also in the running for eight awards, including favorite male country artist and favorite country album for “F-1 Trillion.” Fans can vote for their favorite artists, contributing to the excitement of the event.
