Oxford United U18s Look To Secure Victory Against Forest Green Rovers

Oxford United U18s are set to face Forest Green Rovers in a bid to secure a double victory over their opponents this Saturday. The match will take place at Hartpury College, as part of the EFL Youth Alliance.

Following a remarkable away win against Portsmouth in their last game, the young U’s are determined to maintain their winning streak as they gear up for an 11am kick-off on Saturday. Despite the challenging freezing weather conditions, the match will be played on a 3G surface, ensuring the game goes ahead.

Having previously beaten Forest Green Rovers 4-1 at home earlier in the season, the U18s are arriving with a boost of confidence. Coach Pablo Haysham expressed his faith in the team, stating, “The boys are confident after a good win last weekend and will be looking to build on that momentum. We will have a young squad again but players have stepped up from the younger age groups well and hopefully we can make it back to back wins.”
