Pamela Anderson Cookbook I Love You Recipes From The Heart

Actress and activist Pamela Anderson has recently launched a new cookbook titled “I LOVE YOU: Recipes From the Heart,” dedicated to her two sons, Brandon and Dylan. The cookbook, which started as a personal gift for her sons, has evolved into a comprehensive collection of 80 recipes aimed at “nourishing the soul.”

In the book, Anderson shares her passion for plant-based cooking, gardening, and nature. She appeared on “Good Morning America” to showcase two of her recipes: harvest veggie pot pies that can be made in a muffin tin and a spicy sourdough gingerbread Guinness cake with caramel sauce. Anderson highlighted the convenience of the veggie pot pies, noting they are ideal for busy families as they are easy to prepare and handle.

The gingerbread Guinness cake recipe is a unique blend of flavors, incorporating ingredients like plant butter, Guinness, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla. The cake is accompanied by a caramel sauce made with brown sugar, coconut milk, and plant butter. Anderson’s recipes reflect her lifelong love of cooking and her commitment to healthy, plant-based eating.

Anderson’s new cookbook is part of her journey into a new chapter of her life, where she is embracing her 50s and a more serene lifestyle. The book is available for purchase and includes photographs by Ditte Isager, with permission from Voracious, an imprint of Little, Brown and Company.

Pamela Anderson will also be discussing her new cookbook on “Today with Hoda & Jenna” on October 15, further sharing her culinary and personal insights with her audience.
