Philadelphia Sunny Weather Forecast

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Warm and sunny weather will continue in the Philadelphia area on Wednesday, but rain is expected this weekend. Chief Meteorologist Bill Kelly provided the latest forecast.

After a few clouds in the morning, Wednesday will turn sunny, with temperatures likely reaching 80 degrees. A breeze from the northwest will bring a slight chill, but the warmth will still be notable.

Looking ahead, Thursday promises to be another pleasant day with highs in the upper 70s and less wind. However, residents may notice an increase in cloud cover as the day progresses, signaling the approach of a weather system.

Friday’s forecast calls for scattered showers and storms by the evening, suggesting unsettled weather will continue into Saturday with additional rain likely. The high on Saturday is expected to be 83 degrees.

On Sunday, the weather may start with cloudiness, but it should eventually clear, with highs around 66 degrees. Early next week, meteorologists are monitoring the possibility of changing conditions, suggesting that rain might return to the extended forecast.

The daily weather highlights include: Wednesday will feature mostly sunny skies with a high of 80 and a low of 66. Thursday is expected to be beautiful with a high of 77 and a low of 53. Friday’s evening forecast predicts showers with a high of 85 and a low of 60. Saturday will likely see showers with a high of 83 and a low of 63. Finally, Sunday may have a sun/cloud mix with a high of 66 and a low of 54, while Monday and Tuesday will range from partly cloudy to a few clouds.
