PLANT CITY, Fla. — Christian Garay, 33, was arrested on Thursday after allegedly exposing himself in a middle school parking lot. The incident occurred at Tomlin Middle School, prompting a swift investigation by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities responded to reports from witnesses who noted the inappropriate behavior in the school’s parking area. According to a news release, the investigation began after one witness provided photographic evidence of Garay’s alleged actions.
Garay was located and arrested on Highway 92 near North Forbes Road. He faces charges of exposure of sexual organs, as confirmed by the sheriff’s office.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister commended the vigilant witness and his deputies for their quick response. “This kind of disgusting behavior, especially near a school, will never be tolerated,” Chronister stated in the release.
