Powerball Jackpot Grows to $515 Million Following No Winners

CHICAGO, Ill. — The Powerball jackpot soared to an estimated $515 million following the March 26 drawing, as no tickets matched all six winning numbers. The cash option for this immense jackpot is approximately $242.7 million.
The winning numbers for the March 26 drawing were 5, 20, 29, 39, 53, and the Powerball 6, with a Power Play multiplier of 3x. Players hoping to strike it rich are reminded that tickets cost $2 each. For an additional $1, players can opt for the Power Play, which multiplies non-jackpot winnings.
Tickets sold in states like California, Washington D.C., and Florida matched all five regular numbers but not the Powerball, resulting in $1 million prizes for those players. One ticket holder in California matched five numbers to win $500,000, as reported in the same drawing.
The Powerball jackpot will be drawn three times a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at roughly 10:59 p.m. ET. Alongside the Powerball, Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing yielded winning numbers of 1, 5, 17, 39, 62, and Mega Ball 8, with a Megaplier of 2x.
The Mega Millions jackpot will reset to an estimated $20 million for its next drawing, with a cash option of $9.2 million. Players must be aware that matching one Powerball number can win a prize, but that number must be the Powerball itself, which is worth $4.
