Powerball Jackpot Numbers Drawing

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Powerball jackpot has climbed to an estimated $515 million after no one matched all six numbers in Saturday night’s drawing. The cash option for the jackpot is $238.4 million, sparking excitement among hopeful players ahead of the next drawing on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

The winning numbers from the March 29 drawing were 7, 11, 21, 53, 61, with the Powerball being 2. The Power Play multiplier for this draw was 3X. According to the official lottery site, to win a prize in Powerball, players only need to match the Powerball number for a $4 prize, but must match one of the five white numbers to win higher amounts.

“The odds are tough, but someone’s got to win eventually,” said a spokesperson for the Powerball lottery. “As always, we encourage players to play responsibly.”

Powerball drawings take place three times a week, at approximately 10:59 p.m. ET every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. A single Powerball ticket costs $2, and players can add the Power Play option for an additional $1 to increase non-jackpot prizes. This option can multiply winnings by factors of 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, or 10X, depending on the amount of the jackpot.

In the previous drawing on March 26, no tickets won the jackpot; however, two players in Florida and New Jersey won $2 million by matching five numbers and adding the Power Play. The winning numbers for that drawing were 5, 20, 29, 39, 53, with the Powerball being 6.

The current estimated jackpot for the Mega Millions game is $29 million, also proving attractive to players. Mega Millions drawings occur twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, and winning numbers are announced shortly after the drawings.

According to statistics, players have a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball jackpot. The jackpot amount continues to grow when there is no winner. Since the start of 2025, there have been several significant wins across various states; however, the top prize remains unclaimed.

Lottery officials advise players to check and verify their tickets after each draw. Prizes won in Florida must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date, and players must claim larger amounts within 60 days for the cash option.

As excitement builds for the upcoming drawing, players are reminded to purchase tickets prior to the cutoff time in their state. For New Jersey, the deadline is 9:59 p.m. on the day of the drawing, while New York‘s deadline is 10 p.m.
