Powerball Winning Numbers Lottery Drawing

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Powerball lottery jackpot has reached a staggering $416 million after no winner was declared in the latest drawing held Monday night. The next drawing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, at 10:59 p.m. Eastern.

In the recent drawing on March 17, winning numbers included 11, 18, 23, 38, 60, and Powerball 9, but nobody managed to claim the $398 million jackpot. However, thousands of participants across Ohio and other states still walked away with smaller winnings.

Powerball lottery officials reported that two tickets boasting $1 million prizes were sold in Colorado and Pennsylvania. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are approximately one in 292.2 million, making the chances of winning a $1 million ticket slightly better at one in 11,688,053.52.

Players have the option to add the Power Play feature for $1, which can multiply non-jackpot winnings by two, three, four, five, or ten times. The Power Play multiplier for the recent drawing was 2x.

For those eager to try their luck, a single $2 ticket provides an opportunity to join the ranks of Powerball champions. The deadline to purchase tickets for the upcoming drawing is 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Powerball is played in 45 states, along with the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, a feature known as Double Play allows players in select jurisdictions—including Pennsylvania and Michigan—another chance to win in a separate drawing held after the main event, with a cash prize of up to $10 million.
