Ryan Gosling To Perform Keynote Anthem 'i'm Just Ken' At 2024 Oscars

Ryan Gosling, the star of the popular movie ‘Barbie,’ is set to grace the stage at the 2024 Oscars to perform the keynote anthem, ‘I’m Just Ken,’ as reported by Variety.

Gosling’s performance of the song from Greta Gerwig‘s acclaimed comedy is highly anticipated at the upcoming Academy Awards on March 10.

In a recent interview with Variety, Gosling expressed his openness to the idea of performing at the prestigious event, despite not having received an official invitation at that time.

Mark Ronson, the co-composer of ‘I’m Just Ken,’ also shared his enthusiasm for Gosling taking the stage to sing the song at the Oscars.

The 2024 Oscar nominations were announced, with ‘Barbie’ receiving multiple nods, including a nomination for the best original song category for ‘I’m Just Ken.’

While ‘Barbie’ secured nominations in various categories, it missed out on nominations for best actress for Margot Robbie and best director for Greta Gerwig.

The Academy recently unveiled the first round of presenters for the ceremony, with notable names like Mahershala Ali, Nicolas Cage, Lupita Nyong’o, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Zendaya among the list.

The star-studded event is set to be a memorable night in Hollywood, with Ryan Gosling’s performance adding to the excitement surrounding the Oscars.
