Santa Clarita Library Announces Spring Bag Sale for Book Lovers

Santa Clarita, California – The Friends of the Santa Clarita Public Library is hosting a Spring Bag Sale from Saturday, April 26, to Sunday, May 4, 2025. This sale invites community members to purchase bags filled with various books and other materials from library branches.

For $7, attendees can buy a bag or bring a previous bag from the library sales and pay only $6. This initiative not only promotes reading but also generates funds to support library operations, with all proceeds directed towards the Santa Clarita Public Library.

The sale will take place at all SCV library branches including the Old Town Newhall Library at 24500 Main Street, the Jo Anne Darcy Canyon Country Library at 18601 Soledad Canyon Road, and the Valencia Library at 23743 West Valencia Boulevard.

“This sale is a great opportunity for our community to stock up on books while also supporting the library,” said a representative from the Friends of the Santa Clarita Public Library.
