Search for Missing Teen Aoun Basboos Intensifies in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Lexington Police are actively searching for 15-year-old Aoun Basboos, who is feared to be in danger. He was last seen on May 11, 2025, in the 3500 block of Spangler Drive.
Basboos was reportedly seen with 16-year-old Ali Naqvi before they entered a vehicle tied to a shots-fired incident that occurred shortly after their disappearance. As part of the ongoing investigation, a 17-year-old suspect has been charged with murder related to the case.
