Shania Twain to Headline Churchill Park Music Festival in St. John’s
Country-pop sensation Shania Twain is set to take center stage at this year’s Churchill Park Music Festival in the heart of St. John’s.
The five-time Grammy award-winning artist will grace the festival on August 16th and 17th, marking the only Canadian stop on her current Queen of Me World Tour. This performance in St. John’s sits snugly between her London show at Hyde Park and the ongoing series of concerts in Las Vegas.
With over a million records sold, Shania Twain, at 58 years old, stands tall as the top-selling female artist in the history of country music.
Her chart-topping hits have emanated from her groundbreaking albums such as ‘The Woman in Me,’ ‘Come on Over,’ and ‘Up‘, solidifying her place as a genre-defying musical icon.
Accompanying Twain on the festival lineup are celebrated artists including Alan Doyle, the talented Lindsey Ell, and the esteemed Juno breakthrough artist of the year, TALK.
Tickets for the event will go on sale next Thursday, April 4th, at noon through the festival’s official website. Additional performers are expected to be added to the roster as the concert dates draw near, promising an unforgettable musical experience for attendees.
