Sofia Vergara Excited About The Dating Scene In New York City

After her recent divorce, popular actress Sofia Vergara is embracing her newfound single status and is elated about the dating prospects in the vibrant city of New York. During a lively conversation with TV host Jimmy Fallon, Vergara expressed her love for the Big Apple and why she believes it’s an ideal place for single people.

Vergara stated, ‘Who doesn’t love New York City? The people, the energy, it’s just amazing. I think the city offers more options when it comes to dating, especially for single women like me. In New York, you have a bigger pool of potential partners, not just limited to actors, writers, or directors.’

It seems that Vergara’s enthusiasm for the diverse dating scene has already made an impact on her future plans: ‘I’m going to spend more time in New York,’ she added with a smile.

Fallon jokingly chimed in, ‘Well, there’s also great food in New York!’ to which Vergara playfully responded, ‘Absolutely! There’s amazing food choices for when you go out on dates.’

Following her divorce announcement in July from actor Joe Manganiello after seven years of marriage, Vergara shared in an interview earlier this week that she’s ‘been moving on’ from her past relationship. It’s refreshing to see one woman still hopeful and optimistic about finding love amidst the dating whirlwind of the city that never sleeps.
