SSC CGL Notification 2024: 17,727 Vacancies Open for Group B and Group C positions

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2024. Interested candidates can now apply from June 24 to July 24. The application process needs to be completed through the official website ssc.gov.in. Through the SSC CGL 2024 recruitment process, a total of 17,727 vacancies will be filled under Group B and Group C positions.

According to the official notification, registered candidates can pay the application fee until July 25 before 11 PM. The application correction window will remain open from August 10 to August 11. The Tier 1 exam is scheduled to take place in September-October 2024, followed by the Tier 2 exam in December 2024.

Aspirants applying for the SSC CGL 2024 recruitment exam must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university. For maximum age limit, SC and ST category candidates are given a 5-year relaxation, and 3 years for OBC category.

The application fee is set at Rs. 100. SC, ST, and PwD category applicants are exempted from the application fee. Application fee can be paid through UPI, net banking, or credit card.

The selection of candidates will be done through Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams followed by document verification. The Tier 1 exam is to be held in September-October 2024. Admit cards will be issued at the designated time.
