Stereophonics 2025 Tour Cardiff

The Welsh rock band Stereophonics has announced an additional date for their 2025 tour in Cardiff due to overwhelming demand for tickets. The group had previously scheduled a performance at the Principality Stadium on Saturday, July 12, 2025, and has now added a show for the preceding Friday, July 11, 2025.

Tickets for these dates will become available to the general public on Friday, October 11, 2024. However, it is important for fans to note that while tickets for the Saturday performance will be handled through Ticketmaster, sales for the Friday concert will be processed separately.

Following a three-year hiatus, the Stereophonics are eager to return to live performances. Lead singer Kelly Jones has kept busy during the break with tours and recordings, both with his project “Far From Saints” and his solo career. The band’s much-anticipated tour will kick off with a performance in Belfast as part of Belsonic and will include iconic venues across the UK and Ireland, concluding with their homecoming show at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

Kelly Jones expressed excitement about the upcoming tour, stating, “From seeing the Stones at the Arms Park stadium in 1987 with my big brothers to then playing it for the fifth time to the Welsh people who have held us in their hearts all these years means the world to me. I’m so proud of the band and the people that got us here.”

The tour, dubbed “Stadium Anthems Summer '25,” will feature the band’s classic hits including “Dakota,” “Have A Nice Day,” “Maybe Tomorrow,” and “C'est La Vie,” alongside tracks from a new studio album expected to be released in 2025. Details about special guests for the tour will be announced at a later date.

For those seeking tickets, it is advised to monitor the official platforms and websites, including Ticketmaster and myticket.co.uk, as they become available. Additionally, fans who pre-order the band’s forthcoming album will gain access to a special presale starting on October 9, 2024.

The Stereophonics’ tour will also make stops at other major locations such as London‘s Finsbury Park, Huddersfield‘s John Smith’s Stadium, and Glasgow‘s Bellahouston Park, promising an exciting summer for concert-goers across the UK.
