Amouranth Home Invasion Police Investigation Houston

HOUSTON, Texas – Online gaming streamer and adult content creator Kaitlyn Siragusa, known as Amouranth, was robbed at gunpoint and assaulted at her Houston home on March 2, 2025. The incident, which left Siragusa injured but alive, underscores the dangers of sharing personal wealth online.

At approximately 10:51 p.m., three armed robbers invaded the home, demanding access to Siragusa’s cryptocurrency accounts. The 31-year-old had previously disclosed her crypto earnings of over $20 million on social media, which police believe attracted the intruders.

According to the Houston Police Department (HPD), the assailants forcibly entered the home, where they attacked Siragusa and threatened her life. “They kicked in my bedroom door and demanded to see my cryptocurrency account,” Siragusa recounted in a post on her X account, where she provided a harrowing account of the event.

During the home invasion, Siragusa managed to alert her husband through social media, posting a plea for help, “I’m being robbed at gunpoint.” Following her husband’s arrival armed with a firearm, the confrontation escalated. Siragusa stated that she was able to shoot at her attackers, prompting them to flee the scene.

“I believe I shot one of them,” she wrote in a subsequent post. Houston police confirmed there was a trail of blood at the scene, indicating that one of the robbers may have been hit.

Siragusa was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and provided graphical details about her assault. “They beat me and pistol-whipped me. The pummeling felt like it would never end,” she posted, illustrating the severity of the attack.

At least one of the intruders reportedly fired at her home before entering, suggesting preparation and intent. The incident has been widely publicized online, with many following Siragusa’s updates as she recovered.

The Houston Police Officers’ Union is urging anyone with information concerning the assailants to come forward. The investigation remains ongoing, and no arrests have been made as of this writing.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the suspects. Siragusa’s decision to disclose her wealth through social media has raised questions about the risks associated with sharing personal financial information publicly.

Amouranth continues to engage with her followers on social media platforms, providing updates and raising awareness about safety and security.
