Thomas Rhett to Host Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ Inaugural Tree Lighting Ceremony
Country music superstar Thomas Rhett is set to host the inaugural tree lighting ceremony at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Thursday, December 5. The event, which marks the resort’s debut Winter Wonderland experience, will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with Thomas Rhett lighting the tree at 7 p.m.
The ceremony promises to be a festive evening with various holiday activities. Guests can enjoy seasonal light bites, Christmas-themed cocktails, and special appearances by the Vegas Golden Knights cast members, Chance, Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ resident poodle Fifi, the Grinch, and Santa Claus himself. The event will also feature an ice skating rink, with admission to the Oasis Ice Rink starting at $25 online. Fontainebleau Rewards Members can receive waived admission for up to six guests.
In addition to the tree lighting, the Oasis Ice Rink will be open seven days a week. The skating fee, which includes skate rental, is $35 and can be purchased on-site. Nevada locals with a valid ID, as well as military members and first responders, can enjoy a special price of $30 from Monday through Thursday.
