Tragedy Strikes Bollywood Star Kartik Aaryan’s Family as two Relatives Lose Lives in Ghatkopar Hoarding Incident
Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan faced a tragic loss as two of his relatives lost their lives in the Ghatkopar unauthorized hoarding incident on May 13.
A sudden storm accompanied by heavy rain caused a large hoarding to collapse at Chheda Nagar in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, where a petrol pump was situated.
With the death toll rising to 16 and reports indicating around 74 injuries, the incident has deeply impacted Kartik’s family.
The deceased were identified as retired Air Traffic Control (ATC) General Manager Manoj Chansoria and his wife Anita, who were Kartik’s uncle and aunt respectively.
The shocking event unfolded in Ghatkopar is under investigation, revealing that the hoarding was unauthorized and covered an area exceeding 15,000 square feet with a weight of around 250 tons.
The main suspect behind the incident, Bhavesh Bhinde, was arrested in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
