Trick or Treat 2024: Dates, Times, and Events Across the U.S.

As Halloween approaches, various communities and organizations across the United States are gearing up for trick-or-treating and other festive events. Here are some of the notable trick-or-treat schedules and events for 2024.

In central Iowa, several cities have set specific times for trick-or-treating. For instance, Bondurant, Dallas Center, and Dexter will have trick-or-treating from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, October 26. Granger and Redfield will observe the tradition from 5-7 p.m. on the same day.

In Louisiana, Louisiana State University of Alexandria (LSUA) is hosting its 18th annual Trick or Treat Street celebration on Thursday, October 26, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event, which is a fundraiser for LSUA student organizations, will feature over 40 organizations, clubs, and departments giving out candy and other Halloween goodies along the campus streets.

Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, is hosting its first-ever Halloween Festival on Sunday, October 27, from 12-4 p.m. The event will feature trick-or-treat stations, costume parades, and various ballpark activities such as running the bases and playing Wiffle ball.
