Trisha Paytas Joins Broadway Cast of Beetlejuice This November

NEW YORK, NY — Internet personality Trisha Paytas will make her Broadway debut in the musical Beetlejuice, performing the role of Maxine Dean at the Palace Theatre from November 4 to November 23, 2025.
Paytas, a popular social media influencer known for her confessional videos and lifestyle content, will temporarily replace Sharone Sayegh, who shares the roles of Maxine Dean and Juno. Sayegh will continue as Juno during Paytas’s performance and will resume the role of Maxine Dean on November 25.
The current production of Beetlejuice began its limited 13-week engagement on October 8, 2025. Based on Tim Burton‘s 1988 film, it follows a ghost teaming up with a recently deceased couple and a goth teenager to create chaos.
Paytas has garnered a significant online following, with over 20 million social media fans spanning platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. She has appeared on several television shows, including The Tonight Show and Modern Family, and had a sold-out benefit concert earlier this year titled Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream.
The cast of Beetlejuice also features Justin Collette as Beetlejuice, Isabella Esler as Lydia, Megan McGinnis as Barbara, and Will Burton as Adam, among others. The production is directed by Alex Timbers and features a score by Eddie Perfect.
Beetlejuice has received eight Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical, during its original run in 2019. The show is a fan favorite and continues to attract audiences through its comedic and unique interpretation of the classic film.
Tickets for Paytas’s performances are available now, with the show scheduled to run until January 3, 2026.
