Winter Storm Blair has left a trail of destruction across the U.S., causing widespread power outages, travel disruptions, and at least seven deaths. The storm, which brought record snowfall and icy conditions, has impacted millions from Kansas to Virginia, with over 350,000 power outages reported at its peak.

The storm, named by The Weather Channel, dumped more than a foot of snow in some areas, including Washington, D.C., which saw its heaviest snowfall since February 1993.
