Women in Hollywood Unite for Ryan Murphy’s New Legal Drama
Los Angeles, CA – A powerful new legal drama, All's Fair, will debut on Hulu on Nov. 4, showcasing strong female leads and their camaraderie. The series, produced by Ryan Murphy, features a cast that includes Kim Kardashian, Glenn Close, and Sarah Paulson.
During a recent photoshoot in Los Angeles, the atmosphere among the six stars was one of support and warmth, as they greeted each other with hugs and encouraging words. Kardashian, who plays lead character Allura Grant, noted the strong bond formed while filming the series. The cast gathers to reflect on their experiences while promoting the show, filled with laughter and uplifting moments.
“I think that really helped set the tone for what our relationship would be,” Kardashian said of a dinner hosted by Murphy before filming began. “We all had dinner, talked, had some drinks, and got to know each other.”
All’s Fair centers on high-powered female divorce attorneys who leave a patriarchal firm to create their practice. The show tackles personal and professional challenges faced by women, with Kardashian emphasizing its central theme: supporting each other through tough times.
“The theme every week is we have a story of a woman going through an unfortunate situation,” Kardashian explained. “And we’re there to help her.”
Kardashian shared her personal connection to the role, as her own lawyer, Laura Wasser, served as a consultant for the series. “I drew inspiration from seeing what a bad-ass woman she’s been,” Kardashian said, reflecting on their relationship.
The cast members also bonded over their preparations for the show. “We were watching her and talking to her kids at night,” actress Molly Nash-Betts remarked. “She crushed it daily.” Kardashian, who was studying for her law exams while filming, brought a sense of diligence to her work.
As they embarked on their journey, the group expressed gratitude for the support they provide one another. “It was women supporting women in front of and behind the camera,” Nash-Betts noted.
The series blends moments of humor and drama, with Paulson portraying the antagonist who creates tension for Kardashian’s Allura. “I had to say some really scandalous things in Kim’s face,” she said, laughing at their humorous exchanges during filming. “It was a great time.”
As the cast embraced their tight-knit dynamic, they looked forward to future collaborations beyond All’s Fair. Each member left their mark, whether through thoughtful gifts or shared memories. Kardashian even gifted her co-stars with early Christmas presents from her brand, Skims, and close friends.
With their on-screen chemistry and genuine friendships, the ensemble cast aims to inspire viewers through their portrayal of resilient women navigating life’s challenges.
