Major League Baseball World Series Predictions

NEW YORK, New York – As Major League Baseball gears up for the playoffs, analysts are buzzing with predictions for the 2025 World Series. During Saturday’s episode of ‘FOX Pregame,’ studio analysts presented their forecasts for the championship.

One analyst suggested that the Chicago Cubs could overcome the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League and hopes that the Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Dodgers will wear each other down in their matchups. They remarked, ‘The Cubs need to get past Milwaukee and hope that Philadelphia and the Dodgers beat each other up.’

Another prediction highlighted a rematch of the 2009 World Series. ‘I think, finally, this is the year that has a signature October. I’m going with a rematch of the 2009 World Series, Yankees over [the] Phillies, World Series MVP Aaron Judge, Yankees in six games,’ said the analyst.

The American League features strong contenders, with the Seattle Mariners appearing to be in top form after winning the AL West for the first time since 2001. The Mariners will face the Tigers in their playoff matchup.

The Yankees, however, are facing off against the Toronto Blue Jays in the AL Division Series after finishing a close second in the AL East. Meanwhile, the Cubs and Brewers, who had the best record in MLB, are rivals in the National League Wild Card Series.

As the first games commence, fans are eagerly watching the developments. Game 1 of the Yankees vs. Blue Jays is currently in progress, while the Tigers take on the Mariners later on Saturday night.
