Nashville, TN — Zach Bryan, the rising country music star, recently announced he will take a long break after completing his current tour. Recent reports indicate that Bryan has secured a lucrative deal with Warner Records and may have sold his publishing catalog for approximately $350 million.

Before these agreements, Bryan had an estimated net worth of $8 million. While it is unlikely he will receive the entire $350 million, his financial status is set for a significant increase. Bryan’s negotiations with Warner have been ongoing, with the label being determined to retain him despite facing competition from Universal.

According to sources, the buyer of Bryan’s publishing catalog is a new entity named the Merrit Group, led by Cameron Strang, who has a history with Warner Bros. Records and Warner Chappell Music. For the last three years, Bryan has been Warner’s top-performing artist.

In related news, Cody Johnson celebrated a personal milestone at the ACM Awards, winning Song of the Year for “Dirt Cheap” and announcing he and his wife, Brandi, are expecting their third child. The couple already has two daughters and used the event to reveal the baby’s gender.

Meanwhile, Julien Baker has decided to cancel the remaining dates of the “Send a Prayer My Way Tour” with Torres to prioritize her health. This statement was made via Baker’s Instagram, explaining the cancellation comes after a recent concussion incident within their team.
