Union Home Minister Amit Shah made a significant announcement during a meeting of the BJP‘s extended state executive in Panchkula, stating that the party would independently contest the upcoming Haryana Assembly Elections under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.

Shah firmly asserted that the BJP had no intentions of forming alliances for the Haryana polls, expressing confidence in the party’s ability to secure a full majority for the third consecutive term in the state.

Criticizing the Congress party, Shah accused them of attempting to overshadow their defeat in the Lok Sabha elections with deceptive propaganda.

Shah highlighted the BJP’s performance in the last elections, pointing out a 5% increase in votes compared to the previous polls and the party’s significant seat wins.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s re-election for a third term and the BJP’s previous achievements in Haryana, Shah emphasized the party’s strong foundation in the state.

During the meeting, prominent BJP leaders including Biplab Kumar Deb, Manohar Lal Khattar, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan were in attendance, showing unity and support for the BJP’s campaign in Haryana.

Former Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij praised Shah’s leadership, describing him as the driving force behind the party’s motivation and vigor.

Shah’s impactful address aimed at revitalizing party workers and instilling fervor ahead of the state elections, signaling a determined and independent approach by the BJP in Haryana.

With the evolving political landscape in the state, the Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Deepender Singh Hooda might face a challenging environment as the BJP, under Saini’s leadership, gears up for a solo campaign.

The meeting, held at the multipurpose hall of the Tau Devi Lal stadium, served as a platform for BJP leaders to strategize and strengthen their resolve for the impending electoral battle in Haryana.
