Malibu, California — Kathy Griffin was spotted on Tuesday with her natural hair as she took a walk near her home. The comedian, known for her vibrant red bangs, embraced her wild locks and wore a white T-shirt from her 2018 Laugh Your Head Off World Tour along with black jogging pants.

Accompanied by a male companion, Griffin enjoyed the sunny California weather while showcasing a more relaxed look. This casual outing marks a departure from her typically styled appearance, as she opted for a bare forehead, allowing her natural curls to take center stage.

Griffin, 64, has made headlines in the past for her hair transformations, especially following her chemotherapy treatment in 2017. Since then, she has embraced wigs, referring to them as her ‘magic hair.’ This spontaneous outing contrasts sharply with her heavily made-up look in a June 19 YouTube video.

In that video, Griffin discussed turning down an offer of $1.4 million to co-host ‘The View‘ in the mid-2000s. She explained that the commitment would have required her to completely uproot her life, which included caring for her parents. ‘At the time, I was making about $10 million a year between doing my reality show and touring,’ she said.

Griffin maintained a close relationship with the show’s long-time co-host Barbara Walters, and when she made the decision to decline the role, she felt obligated to explain her choice to Walters directly. Griffin told her, ‘It’s not that I think I’m too good for this show, it’s the opposite: this show is too good for me.’
