Digimon Beatbreak: A New Adventure in the Digital World

LOS ANGELES, CA — The beloved anime franchise Digimon returns with a brand new series titled Digimon Beatbreak, featuring Gekkomon as the central character. Premiering on October 7, 2025, each episode will air weekly on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. PDT / 11:00 a.m. EDT, streaming on Crunchyroll and Hulu.
In this latest installment, viewers follow Tomoro Tenma, a young protagonist living in a world where human emotions and thoughts are transformed into e-Pulse, energy that powers advanced AI devices known as Sapotama. However, the fabric of society is thrown into chaos when Digimon start to appear from these devices.
Tomoro’s unexpected encounter with Gekkomon leads him to join Glowing Dawn, a covert team dedicated to investigating rogue Digimon and uncovering the secretive nature of the AI system. This dynamic team works to restore peace in a world increasingly fraught with danger as Digimon evolve by consuming e-Pulse.
As fans await confirmation on the exact number of episodes, expectations hold that Digimon Beatbreak will feature at least 12 episodes. The opening theme song, “Mad Pulse,” will be performed by MADKID, while Ai Tomioka will provide the closing theme, “beat up.”
Digimon Beatbreak will be available for streaming in North America, Central America, South America, Europe (excluding Italy), Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East through Crunchyroll and Hulu. In Japan, it will air on Fuji TV and various other channels. The show aims to explore the challenges and adventures that arise when humans and Digimon must forge a new path together.
