Boston Bruins Goalie Korpisalo Utah Mammoth

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Boston Bruins are ready to face the Utah Mammoth on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the Delta Center, wrapping up their three-game road trip. The Bruins are looking to bounce back after a disappointing 4-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday.

Head coach Marco Sturm acknowledged the team’s need to improve. ‘It is between your ears – that is what it is. It is a quick turnaround,’ he said. Sturm noted that the Mammoth have strong young talent and that the Bruins must be prepared for their energy.

As part of his strategy, Sturm has made changes to the forward lines. The top trio of Morgan Geekie, Elias Lindholm, and David Pastrnak will reunite, while Pavel Zacha centers the second line between Marat Khusnutdinov and Viktor Arvidsson. Tanner Jeannot, Fraser Minten, and Mikey Eyssimont will make up the third line, and the fourth line remains unchanged.

‘I think today is a speed game. That is why a guy like [Khusnutdinov] is in,’ Sturm added. ‘We have to find a way to buy in as quick as possible.’ Casey Mittelstadt will be out of the lineup, making room for Khusnutdinov’s inclusion.

The Bruins are currently sitting at a 3-3 record and looking to turn their fortunes around against a Mammoth team that has won three of its last four games. The matchup is set for a 7 p.m. ET start and will be broadcast on NHL Network.

The Mammoth are currently 3-2 this season and rank sixth in the Western Conference. Boston, with its 6 points, sits ninth in the Eastern Conference. In their last game, the Mammoth defeated the San Jose Sharks 6-3.
