Alana Hadid and Ross Williams Celebrate Intimate Backyard Wedding

LOS ANGELES, California — Alana Hadid, a creative director and activist, married Ross Williams, an Emmy-winning television producer, in a picturesque wedding held in her father’s backyard on October 18, 2025. The couple’s unique story began through a dating app, where Alana, almost giving up on finding love, found Ross after one last swipe.
The pair instantly connected over coffee during an unconventional early morning date in Topanga, California. “It was so beautiful… we talked for like two hours,” Alana recalled. After three years of dating, Ross planned a heartfelt proposal that occurred on Alana’s 41st birthday, on a black sand beach near Big Sur. Alana noted that the moment was perfect, even though she wore sweatpants. Ross presented her with a trillion-cut amethyst ring, a family heirloom belonging to his mother.
For their wedding, the couple wanted a venue with personal significance, choosing Alana’s father’s home in Los Angeles. “Fall in LA is a beautiful time,” Alana stated. The couple celebrated with a rehearsal dinner at their father’s house and an intimate dinner at Petit Ermitage. Alana humorously shared that her mother had ordered nearly every dessert available for the guests.
During the ceremony, Alana wore a vintage off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown sourced from Tab Vintage while later changing into a two-piece set by Sandra Mansour for the reception. To complete her look, she chose her mother’s amethyst earrings and added a custom diamond and gold wedding band. A sentimental touch included attaching her grandmother’s ring to her bouquet.
Gigi and Bella Hadid, Alana’s sisters, served as bridesmaids alongside their sister Marielle. All three wore green dresses of their choice, with everyone going barefoot to embrace the relaxed atmosphere. Music played an essential role in the ceremony, with the bridal party walking down the aisle to a Palestinian song by Dana Salah and Alana entering to “Thank You” by Led Zeppelin.
Alana described the ceremony as personal and emotional. “It was really about us expressing to each other and what it meant to become a family,” she said. The day culminated in dinner and dancing in the garden, marking a memorable occasion for the couple and their guests.
