Alec Baldwin Car Crash Hamptons

EAST HAMPTON, New York — Actor Alec Baldwin was involved in a car crash on Monday, October 13, when his Range Rover reportedly struck a tree. Baldwin, 67, was with his brother, Stephen, at the time of the incident.

The crash occurred on Montauk Highway in East Hampton. Photos obtained by TMZ showed the front end of Baldwin’s vehicle severely damaged. It remains unclear who was driving the vehicle during the accident.

Authorities arrived at the scene shortly after the crash, and no injuries were reported among the Baldwin brothers. According to a nearby truck company, their driver was not at fault.

Baldwin was in the area for the Hamptons International Film Festival, which took place from October 5 to October 13. He is a co-chair on its Board Executive Committee and had attended various events throughout the week, where he moderated discussions and watched films.

His wife, Hilaria Baldwin, recently competed on season 34 of “Dancing with the Stars,” where Baldwin was present to support her. Hilaria expressed gratitude for her family’s support during her time on the show.

This incident comes amid a challenging period for Baldwin, who was acquitted of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year related to the tragic shooting on the set of the film “Rust.” The court ruled Baldwin did not pull the trigger of the prop gun involved in the incident.

At this time, representatives for Baldwin have not responded to requests for comment.
