Andhra Pradesh Government Announces Commencement of AP TET 2024 Application Process

The Andhra Pradesh state government has officially declared the initiation of the application process for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024. In a recent announcement, it was disclosed that the fee payment procedure has commenced ahead of the deadline. Applicants have until July 16 to submit their application fees online.

The application process for AP DSC exams is set to begin on July 04. Applications will be accepted until July 17. Candidates appearing for the TET exam are required to pay a fee of Rs. 750 for each subject they wish to take the exam in.

AP TET online mock tests have been made available from July 16. Candidates can access these mock tests on the website. Subsequently, hall tickets will be available from July 25. The TET exams will commence on August 5 and run until August 20. The final answer key for TET will be released on August 25, followed by the declaration of results on August 30.

Regarding the syllabus for AP TET, candidates have been advised to ignore the previous misconceptions and trust the syllabus decided for the February 2024 exams. The recent conducting of exams using the same syllabus has been confirmed. The integrity of the syllabus information displayed on the website has been reiterated to candidates, assuring that the present syllabus is valid for the upcoming exams.

Moreover, the state government, led by Chief Minister Nara Lokesh, has made a commitment to carry out the mega DSC process without interference. Minister Narayana Lokesh has instructed education authorities to ensure a smooth conduct of TET and mega DSC exams. Subsequently, various aspects of the TET notification and the new pathway were discussed with officials.
