Atticus Injury Law Expansion Southern California

Irvine, California – October 28, 2025 – Atticus Injury Law has expanded its personal injury attorney services throughout Southern California. This includes new practice areas to meet the growing complexity of accident cases in the region, such as representation for e-bike and e-scooter accidents, in addition to traditional vehicle-related and premises liability cases.

The firm operates offices in Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles, and has organized its services into three key divisions: Vehicle-Related Accidents, Premises and Property Liability, and Serious Injuries. This structure allows for specialized resources dedicated to different categories of personal injury cases.

Recent legal achievements by the firm involve an $8.6 million settlement for a Caltrans inspector injured on the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles County, along with a $2.4 million jury verdict and a $1.5 million jury verdict in other cases, contributing to founder Atticus Wegman being recognized among the nation’s Top 40 Under 40 personal injury lawyers.

“The legal landscape in California has changed significantly, with new types of accidents alongside traditional cases,” said Atticus Wegman. “Our expansion reflects these changes and ensures comprehensive representation for all accident victims.”

The Vehicle-Related Accidents division handles incidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, pedestrians, bicycles, and rideshare services. The firm has also added resources to address the increasing number of e-bike and e-scooter accidents throughout California.

The Premises and Property Liability division manages slip-and-fall accidents, trip-and-fall incidents, and claims related to dangerous conditions set by the government. The Serious Injuries division focuses on construction injuries, product liability cases, wrongful death claims, and dog bites.

In its effort to serve a diverse population, the firm has implemented Spanish-language services across all practice areas, which cover client communications, documentation, and legal proceedings.

“Every personal injury attorney at our firm approaches cases with the understanding that accident victims face immediate medical concerns, insurance complications, and financial pressures,” Wegman added. “Our enhanced services ensure full legal support throughout the recovery and litigation process.”

Atticus Injury Law remains committed to providing localized legal support tailored to communities in Southern California, including Santa Ana, Irvine, Riverside, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and San Bernardino. This commitment highlights their focus on accessibility and case management for clients and their families throughout the legal process.
