Broncos Prepare for Challenge Against Winless Jets in London

LONDON — The Denver Broncos are gearing up to face the winless New York Jets at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday, October 12, 2025. The Broncos, with a record of 3-2, are looking to extend their success after a recent 21-17 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
Coach Sean Payton praised the Broncos’ preparation while practicing at the Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel in Ware, U.K. “Yes, it’s beautiful,” he said. “It’s picturesque.” The team switched practice grounds for convenience and aims to maintain momentum against the struggling Jets, who currently sit at 0-5.
Quarterback Bo Nix, who has shown resilience by overcoming a tough start in Philadelphia, leads the offense. In their last game, the Broncos relied on their rushing game, accumulating 130 yards, mainly from running back J.K. Dobbins, who had 79 yards. The Jets have struggled defensively this season, ranked No. 31 in points allowed.
Defensive lineman Malcolm Roach, returning from injury, is expected to bolster the Broncos’ defense. The team currently ranks No. 2 in the NFL for points allowed, while edge rusher Nik Bonitto leads the league in sacks with seven.
While the Jets’ offense, led by quarterback Justin Fields, has shown some potential, the Broncos expect to capitalize on their defensive strengths. Fields has not thrown an interception this season but faces a formidable challenge from the Broncos’ defense.
Four Broncos players, including rookie outside linebacker Que Robinson, will make their season debuts this week. With Elliss ruled out due to injury, Robinson’s entry marks an important moment for him and the defense.
The Broncos hope to secure a win in London and extend their strong performance to complete a successful two-game trip. Fans expect the Broncos to field a strong team that capitalizes on the Jets’ weaknesses. Kickoff is set for 7:30 a.m. (local time) and the game will be broadcasted on the NFL Network.
