Cleveland Museum Offers Free Admission for Local Residents

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland Museum of Natural History is extending its free admission program for local residents. Starting this weekend, residents from several nearby cities can visit the museum at no cost.
The initiative, known as Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Community Days, has been offering Sundays without charge since January 2022. Now, the program includes both Saturdays and Sundays. Residents of Cleveland, East Cleveland, Brooklyn, Euclid, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, and Warrensville Heights are eligible.
To take advantage of the free entry, visitors must present proof of residency at the museum’s Welcome Desk. Acceptable proof includes any formal documentation displaying an address from one of the participating cities.
Museum officials hope this will help promote community engagement and bring more families into the facility. “We are excited to welcome even more visitors to learn and explore with us,” a spokesperson said.
The free admission grants access to all exhibits normally covered by a general admission ticket. Visitors are encouraged to take part in both educational and entertaining experiences available at the museum.
This weekend’s special offer gives local residents a chance to enjoy the museum’s rich resources without the burden of an admission fee.
