David Yurman Jewelry Event Dallas

Dallas, Texas — Sculptor David Yurman and painter Sybil Yurman will be in Dallas on May 21 for an event with Arts & Letters Live, where they will discuss their new coffee-table book and their luxury art pieces.

The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Dallas Museum of Art. Tickets are priced at $30 for members and $35 for the general public.

The New York couple has deep ties to the jewelry industry, having founded their brand together in 1969. Their son, Evan Yurman, serves as the president and chief creative officer of the brand.

David Yurman expressed his fondness for the city, stating, “Dallas was perhaps the first to embrace our jewelry collections in a big way. We always have fun in Dallas.” Sybil added, “Everyone here is willing to try new things, new fashion and create new possibilities.”

During their conversation, the couple plans to share insights from their book, which not only reflects their artistic journey but also discusses the creation of their iconic jewelry. “The book reveals what came before the jewelry brand,” David noted.

They will explore the significance of luxury jewelry and how they strive to make it accessible. Sybil mentioned, “It’s not just affluence. We wanted to make luxury jewelry available to many.”

Attendees can expect a lively discussion on art, relationship dynamics, and creativity from a couple who has successfully blended their personal and professional lives. Sybil concluded, “What you can do with $500, love and a vision.”
