Angela Rayner Ibiza Dancing

Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner was recently seen enjoying a lively night out at the renowned Hi Ibiza superclub, where she danced enthusiastically in the DJ booth alongside Australian DJ FISHER.

The footage, shared by actress and singer Denise van Outen on social media, shows Ms. Rayner in a striking red dress. She was seen jumping and singing along to a remix of Gotye’s popular song, ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ while being cheered on by an excited crowd.

This outing comes just before Ms. Rayner is expected to return to Parliament after the summer recess, scheduled to resume on Monday. It is currently unclear how long the Deputy Prime Minister will remain in Ibiza.

Angela Rayner has expressed her passion for raving and socialising, recalling previous experiences of staying out late into the night. In a conversation with comedian Matt Forde at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, she remarked, ‘4pm I started, and I got home at six o’clock in the morning when the sun was shining and I was like, ‘Yes, I can do it’.’

Her fondness for cocktails was also highlighted, including a potent drink she has crafted at home called ‘Venom’, containing vodka and other ingredients. Ms. Rayner humorously noted how her children refer to her as ‘The Vape Dragon’ due to her vaping habits.

This is not the first instance of politicians exhibiting a carefree attitude in nightlife settings. In 2021, Conservative Minister Michael Gove was similarly spotted dancing at a nightclub in Aberdeen.
