Charlotte High School Football Friday Night

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – High school football season is in full swing, and this Friday fans in the Charlotte area will rally behind their favorite teams. WBTV will cover several games, providing live updates and highlights starting at 11 p.m.

This week’s Football Friday Night will feature 14 high school games. Fans can watch the coverage on WBTV’s live stream or through their streaming app. If you miss Friday’s show, clips will be available later in a video playlist.

The spotlight will be on Palisades High School, which takes on Ardrey Kell High School in this week’s Game of the Week, sponsored by Bojangles. Other notable matchups include Independence defeating West Charlotte 31-7, and Lake Norman handing Statesville its first loss, winning 35-0.

In addition to these exciting games, Cannon School edged out Country Day 21-15, while Mooresville achieved a significant victory against West Iredell with a score of 48-10. St. Stephens also blanked Alexander Central 21-0, showing strong performances all around.
