Fubo Soccer Streaming Uefa World Cup Qualifiers

New York, NY – Fubo has announced exclusive U.S. distribution rights to five UEFA European Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup 2026, set to take place from October 10 to October 14, 2025. This agreement enables fans to purchase matches on a pay-per-view basis, marking Fubo’s expansion into premium sports content.

Founded as a soccer streaming platform, Fubo will offer each match for $9.99, or viewers can buy a five-pack bundle for $24.99. This pay-per-view model does not require a subscription to Fubo, making it accessible to a wider audience. Customers purchasing these events will also gain access to Fubo’s Free tier, which features over 200 FAST channels.

The matches set to be streamed include Sweden vs. Switzerland, Estonia vs. Italy, Denmark vs. Greece, Wales vs. Belgium, and Portugal vs. Hungary, all starting at 2:45 PM ET. This lineup seeks to attract diverse audiences, particularly fans of these national teams.

Fubo secured these rights through a multiyear sublicense agreement with Fox Sports, allowing it to showcase select UEFA content in the United States. The strategy aims to increase Fubo’s viewer engagement while generating additional revenue through both direct pay-per-view purchases and advertising on its free-tier platform.

As Fubo continues to evolve from its origins as a soccer-focused streaming service, its ability to offer comprehensive sports coverage remains a priority. Currently available across the U.S., Canada, and Spain, Fubo aims to position itself as a leader in live sports streaming.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup, co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will feature an expanded format with 48 teams. This increases UEFA’s qualification spots, raising competition among the 55 national federations. Fubo’s offerings during this qualification phase are part of a broader trend in streaming service dynamics, providing fans with more ways to engage with live sports.
