Geneviève Biron, formerly the CEO of Biron Groupe Santé, brings her 30 years of experience in the private health services sector to her new role at the helm of Santé Québec. During her tenure at Biron Groupe Santé, Geneviève Biron made significant strides in the diagnostics medical field and notably established the Imagix network of medical imaging clinics, showcasing her leadership and strategic capabilities in the healthcare industry.

Frédéric Abergel, the current CEO of the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), joins Geneviève Biron in shaping the future of healthcare as the Vice President of Operations and Transformation at Santé Québec. His wealth of experience in the public healthcare realm, having previously served in prominent roles within the CIUSSS system, positions him as a pivotal figure in driving operational efficiencies and cultural transformation within the healthcare sector.
